We Hosted a Wonderful Lunch & Learn Session with Bobby Kipper

Thursday’s Lunch & Learn was one for the books.

We had the honor of hosting Bobby Kipper, Executive Director of National Center for the Prevention of Community Violence (NCPCV), for a powerful session on leadership, purpose, and building mission-driven teams. With decades of experience in law enforcement and violence prevention, Bobby shared practical, heartfelt insights with 20+ leaders from our Partner organizations.

These sessions are more than conversations. They’re part of how we invest in the people doing the work — those honoring victims and supporting families affected by violent crime. We don’t just write checks. We build community, leadership, and long-term impact.
